What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to me. Please Note: Sale Items are non-refundable unless a mistake is made on my part. Please e-mail me at shalena@shalenawhite.com with any questions or return requests.

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days of your purchase.
If you live within the United States, you will receive your order approximately 5-7 days from the date of your purchase.
If you need expedited shipping on your order, please contact me!
If you live outside of the United States, your order will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive.
